Julia Carpenter, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, is pleased to announce the opening of her practice in Berkeley. After pursing a doctorate in medical anthropology at Stanford, Julia realized that rather than theorizing about healing and medicine, her true calling was to be practicing medicine. A master's degree from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley provided her with powerful tools for restoring balance in both body and spirit. Julia specializes in gentle needle insertion and loves working with patients of all ages. If you are struggling with the effects of pain, depression, mood swings, addiction, hormone imbalances, or food sensitivities, or if you are simply trying to manage the delicate balance of living in our often imbalanced culture, please call for a healing session. |

Thanks for all your feedback. Over 300 people voted in my "should I close" poll, and overwhelmingly people want me to stay in business.
